What is your return policy for unused products?
We accept returns on unopened and unused products within 30 days of purchase. Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on balloons that have already been inflated.

Most orders are processed within 24 hours. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days, but we also offer expedited overnight shipping options if you need your decor for a last-minute event.
Are your latex balloons biodegradable?
Yes, our latex balloons are made from 100% natural rubber latex and are biodegradable. However, we always encourage responsible disposal and 'Pin it and Bin it' practices to protect the environment.
Can I change my order after it has been placed?
